1. Create a company as name Ratan Trader, (Day-2) for the financial year 20-21 with the

following opening balances.

2. Now put the following information in your company.

Address: 27, N.S. Road, Dalhousie Ideal Tower, Kolkata-700001

3. On 02.06.20 company purchased 12 pcs Karbon A3 Plus mobile phone @3800.00 from ABC Ltd.

4. On 02.04.20 company received 24500.00 from Mohan Brother in full and final settlement by cheque of SBI (Ch.no. 125036)

5. Alter the ledger of Mohan Brother and update the following information:

PAN: AVGCM8569J, ADDRESS :37, APC Road, Kolkata-700014

6. On 01.07.20 company sold 8 pcs Karbon A3 Plus mobile phone @4600.00 to Mohan

Brothers.

7. Export all the masters and voucher.

8. Now create a new company by your student code and import all the exported data.

9. Export the Balance Sheet, Profit & loss A/c and Trial Balance in Excel &PDF.

10. On 31.07.20 take a printout of confirmation of account statement of Mohan Brothers.

What is Export of Master & Voucher?

This option is used to send data from one company to other company in tally or send tally data to other softwares (ekx- MS-word, MS-excel etc.)

For it we need at least two companies in tally software then first we create two companies in tally and after that first we export data from a company and at last by other company we import it.

What is Confirmation Letter?

When we send a copy of ledger which is maintain by us to the party for confirmation of balance then this letter is called confirmation letter. We can send this letter to party via post or e-mail.
